Written during World War II, the play depicts human's ability to triumph over disaster and resonates with our current issues of climate change and international tensions. The play interweaves the main narrative with the difficulties faced by the theatrical production, bringing the idea of adversity to the present. With a large cast that includes both community members and Fisher students on stage and in the crew, the production will be staged throughout Cleary Family Auditorium intimately with the audience. The play runs June 28 (7:30 p.m.), June 29 (7:30 p.m.), and June 30 (2 p.m.).
